Chapter 543 - Control of Floods
NRS 543.184 - “District” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 543.184 (2017)
“District” means any district for the control of floods organized or, in the case of organizational provisions, proposed to be organized, pursuant to NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive.
