Chapter 533 - Adjudication of Vested Water Rights; Appropriation of Public Waters
NRS 533.155 - Daily deposit by each party.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 533.155 (2017)
The State Engineer shall require daily from each party while engaged in taking evidence on objections a deposit sufficient to pay the cost of reporting and transcribing testimony and to pay any necessary transportation and subsistence expenses of the reporter.
