NRS 522.087 - Implied covenants unaffected.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 522.087 (2017)
NRS 522.082 to 522.0878, inclusive, and any plan of unitization do not increase or decrease the implied covenants of a lease in respect to a common source of supply or lands not included within the unit area of a unit.
