Chapter 502 - Licenses, Tags and Permits
NRS 502.500 - Applicability of provisions governing lotteries.

The provisions of chapter 462 of NRS do not apply to the distribution of any tags pursuant to this chapter, regardless of the manner in which the tags are distributed or the entity that distributes the tags.
