Chapter 490 - Off-Highway Vehicles
NRS 490.020 - “Authorized dealer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 490.020 (2017)
“Authorized dealer” means a dealer authorized by the Department to receive and submit to the Department applications for the issuance of certificates of title for, and registrations of, off-highway vehicles pursuant to NRS 490.070.
