Chapter 487 - Repair, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles
NRS 487.604 - “Class A certificate” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 487.604 (2017)
“Class A certificate” means a certificate issued to a licensed body shop that has been granted Class A certification status with the Department pursuant to NRS 487.652.
