Chapter 487 - Repair, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles
NRS 487.553 - “Person authorizing repairs” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 487.553 (2017)
“Person authorizing repairs” means a person who uses the services of a garage. The term includes an insurance company, its agents or its representatives authorizing repairs to motor vehicles under a policy of insurance.
