Chapter 483 - Drivers’ Licenses; Driving Schools and Driving Instructors
NRS 483.090 - “Motor vehicle” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 483.090 (2017)
“Motor vehicle” means every vehicle which is self-propelled, and every vehicle which is propelled by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires but not operated upon rails. “Motor vehicle” includes a moped. The term does not include an electric bicycle.
