NRS 476.200 - Plan for notification of public safety bomb squad.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 476.200 (2017)
Each law enforcement agency in this State shall establish a plan to ensure the timely notification of the appropriate public safety bomb squad of any actual or suspected improvised explosive device.
