Chapter 476 - Explosives and Inflammable Materials
NRS 476.130 - “Bomb technician” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 476.130 (2017)
“Bomb technician” means a person who:
1. Is certified as a bomb technician by the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and
2. Is an active member of a public safety bomb squad.
