Chapter 476 - Explosives and Inflammable Materials
NRS 476.005 - “Explosive” defined.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “explosive” means any explosive material included in the list of explosive materials published in the Federal Register and revised annually by the Attorney General of the United States pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 841 et seq.
