NRS 47.150 - Discretionary and mandatory notice.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 47.150 (2017)

1. A judge or court may take judicial notice, whether requested or not.

2. A judge or court shall take judicial notice if requested by a party and supplied with the necessary information.
