Chapter 454 - Poisons; Dangerous Drugs and Hypodermics
NRS 454.695 - Prescriptions by advanced practice registered nurses.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 454.695 (2017)
An advanced practice registered nurse may prescribe poisons, dangerous drugs and devices for legitimate medical purposes in accordance with the certificate he or she holds from the Board and the license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
