Chapter 452 - Cemeteries
NRS 452.0075 - “Cemetery” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 452.0075 (2017)
“Cemetery” means any enclosure or plot of land that is or may be used for the burial of the dead and includes an individual plot.
