NRS 445B.756 - “Registered owner” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 445B.756 (2017)
“Registered owner” means any person, other than a licensee, whose name appears in the records of the Department of Motor Vehicles as the person to whom a vehicle is registered.
