Chapter 445B - Air Pollution
NRS 445B.740 - “Light-duty motor vehicle” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 445B.740 (2017)
“Light-duty motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle that has a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating of less than 8,500 pounds.
