Chapter 445B - Air Pollution
NRS 445B.738 - “Licensee” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 445B.738 (2017)
“Licensee” means any automobile wrecker, body shop, distributor, manufacturer, rebuilder, salvage pool or vehicle dealer licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles, or any garage registered with the Department.
