Chapter 433B - Additional Provisions Relating to Children
NRS 433B.100 - “Treatment” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 433B.100 (2017)
“Treatment” means any combination of procedures or activities for the mental health of children, of whatever level of intensity and whatever duration, ranging from occasional counseling sessions to full-time admission to a residential facility.
