Chapter 433 - General Provisions
NRS 433.546 - “Corporal punishment” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 433.546 (2017)
“Corporal punishment” means the intentional infliction of physical pain, including, without limitation, hitting, pinching or striking.
