NRS 432.012 - Appointment and qualifications of Administrator of Division.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 432.012 (2017)
The Administrator must be appointed on the basis of his or her education, training, experience, demonstrated abilities and interest in the provision of services to children and families and related programs.
