Chapter 41B - Action Against Killer of Decedent for Forfeiture of Certain Property, Benefits and Rights
NRS 41B.130 - “Killer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 41B.130 (2017)
“Killer” means a person who is deemed to be a killer of a decedent pursuant to NRS 41B.250 or 41B.260.
