NRS 41A.011 - “Noneconomic damages” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 41A.011 (2017)
“Noneconomic damages” includes damages to compensate for pain, suffering, inconvenience, physical impairment, disfigurement and other nonpecuniary damages.
