Chapter 388B - Achievement Charter Schools
NRS 388B.030 - “Educational management organization” defined. [Effective July 1, 2016.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388B.030 (2017)
“Educational management organization” means a for-profit corporation, business, organization or other entity that provides services relating to the operation and management of charter schools and achievement charter schools.
