Chapter 388 - System of Public Instruction
NRS 388.5219 - “Special education program” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2016.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388.5219 (2017)
“Special education program” means a program which provides instruction specially designed in accordance with minimum standards prescribed by the State Board of Education to meet the unique needs of persons with disabilities.
