Chapter 388 - System of Public Instruction
NRS 388.5213 - “Related services” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2016.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388.5213 (2017)
“Related services” means room, board, transportation and such developmental, corrective and other supportive services, as may be required pursuant to minimum standards prescribed by the State Board of Education, to assist a person with a disability to benefit from a special education program.
