Chapter 372 - Sales and Use Taxes
NRS 372.140 - Fee for reinstatement of suspended or revoked permit.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 372.140 (2017)
A seller whose permit has been previously suspended or revoked must pay the Department a fee of $5 for the renewal or issuance of a permit.
