Chapter 37 - Eminent Domain
NRS 37.220 - Crossings to be made and kept in repair.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 37.220 (2017)
A party obtaining a right-of-way shall, without delay, construct such crossings and culverts as may be required by the court or judge, and shall keep them and the way itself in good repair.
