Chapter 361 - Property Tax
NRS 361.065 - Property of school districts, Achievement School District and charter schools exempted. [Effective July 1, 2016.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 361.065 (2017)
All lots, buildings and other school property owned by any legally created school district, the Achievement School District or a charter school within the State and devoted to public school purposes are exempt from taxation.
