NRS 353B.930 - Autonomy of participating entity not limited; actions of participating entity not actions of State Government.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 353B.930 (2017)
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 353B.700 to 353B.930, inclusive, nothing in the provisions of NRS 353B.700 to 353B.930, inclusive, shall be deemed to limit the independence or autonomy of a participating entity or to make the actions of a participating entity the actions of the State Government.
