Chapter 340 - Eminent Domain: Expeditious Procedure
NRS 340.170 - Right to withdraw or dismiss petition.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 340.170 (2017)
At any time before the vesting of title to the property in the petitioner, the petitioner may withdraw or dismiss its petition with respect to any or all of the property therein described.
