NRS 338.455 - Methods to be used for providing notice.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 338.455 (2017)
Each notice required pursuant to NRS 338.400 to 338.645, inclusive, must be:
1. Delivered personally; or
2. Sent by facsimile machine and delivered by regular or certified mail.
