NRS 338.1715 - Procedure for selecting design-build team.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 338.1715 (2017)
A public body that contracts with a design-build team pursuant to NRS 338.1711 shall select the design-build team in accordance with the provisions of NRS 338.1721 to 338.1727, inclusive.
