Chapter 338 - Public Works
NRS 338.167 - Contract for transportation services.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 338.167 (2017)
A public body may contract with a person whose request or proposal is approved pursuant to NRS 338.166 for transportation services to be provided by the transportation facility in exchange for such payments for service and other consideration as the public body may deem appropriate.
