Chapter 295 - Certain State and Local Ballot Questions
NRS 295.300 - Giving compensation in exchange for signing petition for initiative or referendum prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 295.300 (2017)
A person shall not give compensation of any kind to any person in exchange for signing a petition for initiative or referendum.
