Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.790 - Offer to vote by person whose vote has been rejected.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.790 (2017)
If any person whose vote has been rejected offers to vote at the same election, at any polling place other than the one in which the person is registered to vote, such person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
