NRS 293.297 - C hange of vote on certain mechanical recording devices.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.297 (2017)
A mechanical recording device which directly records votes electronically must allow the voter to change his or her vote before the mechanical recording device permanently records that vote.
