Chapter 281 - General Provisions
NRS 281.340 - Obtaining appointment by false letter or certificate: Penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281.340 (2017)
Every person who shall obtain appointment to any office or place of trust by color or aid of any false or forged letter or certificate of recommendation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
