Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.564 - Preparation or adoption of redevelopment plan by agency; hearings and negotiations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.564 (2017)
Each agency shall prepare or cause to be prepared, or adopt, a redevelopment plan for each redevelopment area and for that purpose may hold hearings and conduct examinations, investigations and other negotiations.
