Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.520 - Contents of resolution designating area for evaluation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.520 (2017)
The resolution designating an area for evaluation must contain the following:
1. A finding that the area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within that area is feasible.
2. A description of the boundaries of the area designated.
