Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.518 - Designation of areas for evaluation as redevelopment areas.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.518 (2017)
Areas for evaluation may be designated by resolution of the legislative body, or the legislative body may by resolution authorize the designation of those areas by resolution of the planning commission or by resolution of the members of the agency.
