NRS 279.498 - Work exceeding $10,000 requires competitive bidding.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.498 (2017)
Any work of grading, clearing, demolition or construction in excess of $10,000 undertaken by the agency must be done by contract after competitive bids.
