Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.490 - Financial assistance from governmental and private sources.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.490 (2017)
An agency may borrow money or accept financial or other assistance from the State, the Federal Government or private sources for any redevelopment project within its area of operation, and may comply with any conditions of that loan or grant.
