Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.474 - Development of building sites.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.474 (2017)
An agency may develop as a building site any real property owned or acquired by it. In connection with such development it may cause streets and highways to be laid out and graded, and pavements or other road surfacing, sidewalks and curbs, and public utilities to be constructed and installed.
