Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.428 - Resolution of legislative body as prerequisite to functioning of agency.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.428 (2017)
An agency shall not transact any business or exercise any powers pursuant to this chapter unless, by resolution, the legislative body declares that there is need for an agency to function in the community.
