Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.397 - “Low-income household” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.397 (2017)
“Low-income household” means a household, which may include one or more persons, whose total gross income is less than 80 percent of the median gross income for households of the same size within the same geographic region.
