Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.386 - “Agency” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.386 (2017)
“Agency” means a redevelopment agency created pursuant to this chapter or a legislative body which has elected to exercise the powers granted to an agency pursuant to this chapter.
