Chapter 277B - Inland Port Authority Act
NRS 277B.050 - “Inland port” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 277B.050 (2017)
“Inland port” means an area located away from traditional borders but having direct access to highway, railway and air transport facilities and, if applicable, intermodal facilities.
