Chapter 271 - Local Improvements
NRS 271.440 - Reassessment: Credit for payment of prior assessment.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 271.440 (2017)
Whenever any sum or part thereof levied upon any tracts in the assessment so set aside has been paid and not refunded, the payment so made shall be applied upon the reassessment of the tracts.
