Chapter 270 - Correction and Vacation of Plats
NRS 270.170 - Person claiming material injury may commence action to have order of vacation set aside.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 270.170 (2017)
Any person claiming material injury by any order so made by the city council may at any time within 60 days after the date of such order commence an action in the district court having jurisdiction to have such order set aside.
