Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.470 - Retention of reasonable costs of collection.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.470 (2017)
The city so collecting such a county license tax may retain from time to time the amounts equal to the reasonable costs of so collecting such tax not exceeding for any collection period an amount equal to 10 percent of the gross revenues collected therefrom.
